BAKER - The 2026 annual Baker Buffalo Festival kicked off Thursday with vendor tents lined up in Baker City Park and attendees ready to eat, shop, dance and celebrate. 

"We're showcasing all the local businesses, and we just invite everyone to come out, enjoy the festivities here, and it's gonna be a great time," said Audrey Perry, the public information officer for the City of Baker. 

The festival was open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday and then returns Friday at 5 p.m. with a DJ set on the main stage. It's followed by a set by Mr. Laidback feat. TNT Band and then music wraps up with a performance by N'Tune from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. 

Saturday's festivities start at 10 a.m. and the fun runs until 10 p.m., when the festival concludes.
