HAMMOND - Two people were taken to the hospital from East Thomas Street and South Range Road following a shooting, emergency officials confirmed to WBRZ.

Officials said the two people suffered gunshot wounds to the arm and that their conditions seemed to be "nothing critical."

No other information was immediately available.
